Overall DBE goal for FY 2009

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in Title 49 Part 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Bi-State Development Agency dba Metro in St. Louis, Missouri, hereby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for applicable professional services, construction and other procurement contracts during Federal Fiscal Year 2009, beginning October 1, 2008 and ending September 30, 2009.  The overall total DBE goal for fiscal year 2009 is 18.52%.

Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected is available for public inspection during Metro normal business hours, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Metro's Office of Supplier Diversity, 707 North First Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102-2595. The proposed overall DBE goal will be available for inspection for 30 days following the date of this notice at the above address. Written comments on the DBE goal will be accepted from the public for 45 days following the date of this notice. The comments are for informational purposes only and may be directed to: Larry B.
